3412 Doesn't Show Any Recordings
I got a 3412 from Comcast a couple of days ago, and I'm having a frustrating problem with it. When I set it to record a program, it does so as I believe it should, but then when I press the "My DVR" button, it only says "No Listings Available." The % Full goes up, but it doesn't show any programs in the menu, and there are no options on the menu whatsoever. This means I can record whatever I want but I can't watch any of it! Any ideas?

The first thing I would try would be to pull the power plug, wait a minute, then plug it back in. The reboot may clear up any drive corruption issues, although it could end up erasing what is already there. Wait a few minutes after plugging it back in before trying to use it.
