Aren't they  talking about a 3 channel DVR by Panasonic, with bigger  HD to come out sometime from  Comcast ?   We don't record enough to worry about storage, we watch and delete.  But I'm more interested in 3 channels ...then I might have a storage problem  LOL.

I just want Comcast to activate either USB, Ethernet or SATA (I believe it's on the newer Moto's) so I can add my own storage!

Yes, the Panasonic 3-tuner box is a reality.  I've been messing around with an early model since .. well, I can't really say, but for several months.

But isn't that 3rd tuner simply a data tuner, much like the Motorola boxes.

More tuners than the 2 I have don't mean squat unless there is a substantial increase in storage.
